About the role
Lead the delivery of highquality pharmacy services in Oncology and Ambulatory Cancer Services across SVHS and affiliated sites
Provide clinical leadership mentorship and expert guidance to pharmacy staff within The Kinghorn Cancer Centre (TKCC)
Drive best practices in cancer care to optimise patient outcomes and service efficiency
Contribute to strategic planning and operational management as part of the SVHS pharmacy leadership team
Collaborate across teams and services to ensure continuity and excellence in pharmacy care delivery
About you
Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no conditions on scope of practice and post registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience.
Availability for oncall and weekend work as per roster requirements.
Extensive experience and a demonstrated high level of competence expertise and application of clinical judgment in the provision of Oncology and/or Haematology pharmacy services
Demonstrated knowledge of eviQ guidelines Drug and Therapeutics Committee processes including Formulary management and experience in the implementation of formulary decisions and policies and procedures
Proficient in pharmacy and oncology systems such as MOSAIQ and CHARM with excellent digital and documentation skills
Proven leadership in staff development team collaboration and service improvement initiatives
