As our invaluable Enrolled Nurse you will play a key role in delivering care and services within your scope of practice to support the needs of Helping Hand clients. You will work collaboratively with each clients nominated support network to help them achieve their individual goals.
Youll also make an impact by:
- Attending to treatments dressings observations and other care and service tasks as directed and engage with RN to perform assessments when condition changes or the need arises.
- Delivering and implementing optimum standards of quality and safe contemporary nursing care that meets the needs of the clients as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Supporting Clinical Manager and Clinical Lead to establish monitor and document processes and standards to ensure excellent clinical customer service to clients.
What youll bring
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
- A current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work autonomously and under the direction of a Registered Nurse within a team environment.
- Understanding of the needs of clients who wish to remain in their own home remain independent and connected within their community.
- A current motor vehicle drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle with a minimum of thirdparty insurance.
- First Aid and CPR certificate or be willing to obtain.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain.
Youll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Understanding of client directed care and rightsbased approach
- Previous experience in an Aged Care or Disability work environment.
- Previous experience in community health.
