Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide strategic recruitment advice tailored to role and organisational needs.
- Develop job advertisements and talent attraction strategies aligned with Minor Hotels brand.
- Manage endtoend recruitment from shortlisting to offer negotiations ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
- Advise on salary conditions and market trends aligning with industry and company standards.
- Conduct reference checks and assessments to select candidates aligned with Minor Hotels culture and needs.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies using market insights.
- Optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy compliance and realtime reporting.
- Champion diversity inclusion and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications :
- 2 years in agency or internal recruitment with a proven record of highquality outcomes.
- Deep expertise in recruitment practices market trends and strategies adept at influencing stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills building trust with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills excelling in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
- Proactive and adaptable with a passion for learning and driving organisational success.
