Job Description
As a Coty Team Leader in Victoria & South Australia you will lead and develop a highperforming team of dedicated Coty retail merchandisers across pharmacy mass and grocery channels. This role goes beyond execution its about building field capability driving resource efficiency and embedding a culture of quality and accountability. You will be instrumental in optimizing field operations through realtime coaching quality reviews and performance scorecards ensuring every campaign is delivered to Clemenger Field Marketing & Cotys premium standards. With a strong focus on people process and performance youll elevate the field teams impact and readiness for growth.

We are ideally looking for a collaborative leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas. About You:
- Experience in team management or a similar role is essential
- Previous experience in Merchandising planogram work is an advantage
- Comfortable travelling to uncovered areas to assist with field work
- Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail
- Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- Car and valid drivers licence.
