What we are looking for:
Were looking for a Coordinator Asset & Project Management to supervise the development and implementation of our Project Management Framework as well as related systems and processes.
What your day will look like:
- Coordinating the organisational Project Monitoring Report process
- Analysing relevant data for inclusion in the Framework as appropriate
- Developing and implementing detailed plans for the Project Lifecycle Management project.
- Working closely with stakeholders to gain buy in and adoption of processes
- Coordinating tender and contract documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on milestones risks and timelines.

What youll need for success:
Youll come armed with valuable experience in project management business and systems analysis and change management and will be confident and capable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Youll have:
- Experience in project report writing and data analysis
- High level proficiency in the support implementation and configuration of IT applications
- A passion for knowledge sharing and working to the betterment of a team
- Working knowledge of Project Management Concepts and methodologies
- Experience working in a local government setting is beneficial
