Were on the hunt for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Daily Banking team.

Please note this is a 9month secondment opportunity.

This role will reside alongside the Customer Journey Experts who are responsible for the overall

scope and benefits of multiple initiatives throughout the year covering all areas of the endtoend process across the product/s life cycle. This role will also be assigned to work within the Delivery Streams which are focused on the delivery of specific releases and milestones.

Youll have the opportunity to work on a number of Daily Banking projects and be

responsible for ensuring business requirements are clearly interpreted into language that is easily understood by both a business and technical audience.

What youll do

  • Collaborate with business teams and architects to define and document future state business processes and requirements.
  • Translate business problems into clear actionable requirements and user stories for development teams.
  • Support agile delivery by participating in ceremonies and working closely with Product Owners and Customer Journey Experts.
  • Ensure requirements are traceable compliant with regulations and aligned with solution architecture.
  • Provide support during testing phases (SIT and UAT) including defect analysis and resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business technology and vendor teams.

What were looking for

  • 3 years experience as a Business Analyst process analysis requirements and detailed functional design skills are essential
  • Experience working with crossgeographical teams in different time zones
  • Experience working with multiple types of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (E.G: Agile hybrid agile/waterfall)
  • Excellent documentation skills (MS Office or Equivalent)
  • Well versed with Confluence Jira / TFS or similar tools
  • Well versed with Process Management tools / BPM
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to effectively apply different requirements gathering techniques
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and nontechnical audiences
