This role is based in Mount Isa QLD offering a very strong remuneration package including accommodation.

What Youll Do:
- Support the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring the highest standards of service in our bar restaurant and accommodation.
- Inspire and mentor your team driving a positive and productive culture focused on excellence customer service and continuous improvement.
- Be the point of contact for guest inquiries ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from checkin to checkout.
- Assist in managing stock scheduling and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
- Assist in ensuring the venue adheres to health and safety guidelines licensing laws and all regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Approved Managers License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
- RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
- CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively especially in a licensed venue.
Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
