Vinnies is all about providing a hand up to people in need. One of the ways we do this is by offering preloved goods to the community at affordable prices. Every dollar we make in our Vinnies stores goes back into the community by supporting specialist programs to assist homelessness and poverty.
The Position
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a retail superstar to work as an Assistant Retail Manager for our Belconnen store. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the retail operations alongside the Retail Manager. This is a multifaceted and diverse role where you will coordinate and motivate a team of employees and dedicated volunteers whilst ensuring our customers and supporters receive an exceptional and unique retail experience and manage the logistical operations in relation to the volume of donations.

About You
We are seeking applicants with previous experience in customer service or retail and an eye for sustainable fashion and repurposing with purpose ensuring our customers find their next hidden treasure.
