- Assist in hiring & recruitment for impactful NGO projects
- Connect with college placement officers college societies & expand our reach
- Develop a strong LinkedIn presence & build a professional network
- Learn HR branding recruitment strategies & digital marketing
- Organize teambuilding activities and collaborate on HR strategies
- Maintain candidate databases and stay updated on industry trends
Expected stipend structure: For NGO there is no stipend currently as we do not ask for fund raising.

- Any student pursuing a Bachelor s or Master s degree
- Strong communication & teamwork skills

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with HR software (a plus but not mandatory)
