Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules training and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of care.
- Conduct initial assessments of patients to understand their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual counseling sessions for patients addressing their mental health and emotional needs.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using clinic management systems.
- Supervise billing and insurance processes to ensure timely payments and patient invoicing.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote clinic services and mental health awareness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance and patient satisfaction to senior management.
- Act as a key point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns addressing issues promptly.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinic operations run smoothly.
- Facilitate ongoing staff development through workshops and training in counseling techniques.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative practices to improve patient care.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Valid clinical counseling license from relevant authorities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare teams effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for diverse patient interactions.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment methodologies.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
