Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Entry Customer Service. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers ensuring their inquiries are handled with efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include entering customer information into our database maintaining and updating records and providing exceptional service to our clients via various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer data into the database
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Maintain and update customer records as needed
- Assist with resolving customer issues and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor data entry processes for accuracy and efficiency
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
