BIM Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $1400 $1700/month (USD)
Industry: Architecture / Engineering / Construction Technology
Schedule: Fulltime U.S. Eastern Time overlap preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the coordination and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across multiple construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of 3D modeling software interdisciplinary coordination and digital construction standards.
You ll be responsible for maintaining accurate BIM documentation facilitating model clash detection and ensuring timely collaboration between design and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM models for architecture structural and MEP disciplines
- Ensure model accuracy compliance and updates throughout project lifecycles
- Lead clash detection processes and coordinate resolutions with teams
- Generate 3D visualizations 2D documentation and data exports as needed
- Collaborate with design teams engineers and project managers
- Maintain BIM plans file structures and version control
- Support training and implementation of BIM workflows and tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or digital construction
- Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and related tools
- Solid understanding of MEP structural and architectural modeling
- Experience coordinating BIM in commercial or institutional construction
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and practices a plus
