Overview
The SAP ABAP CRM Consultant plays a critical role in an organization by utilizing their technical expertise to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and enhance SAP CRM processes based on functional specifications.
- Perform unit testing technical documentation and incident management.
- Work on ABAP reports function modules BADI s actions and interfaces.
- Handle data migration system performance tuning and issue tracing.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills:
8 years of ABAP experience with 3 years in S/4HANA SERVICE & SAP CRM
Strong knowledge of MVC architecture One Order framework and CRM UI BOL Genil Programming
Handson experience with OOPs ABAP BADI s Proxies and Interfaces
Familiarity with Business Master Data & Technical Master Data
Experience with ODATA services Fiori Launchpad and Web services troubleshooting
Team handling and coordination skills are a must
