Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

- Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Perform market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic initiatives.
- Organize teambuilding activities and employee engagement programs.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 13 years of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions processes and systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
