Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsoriented Senior HRBP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition employee relations and HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills capable of driving positive change and delivering sustainable results in a fastpaced environment. Experience with TaleoOracle and Keka is essential.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements set expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Design develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill 1500 vacancies annually.
Customize job profiles leverage social media recruiting techniques and manage job postings on platforms like Naukri Indeed and LinkedIn.
Build strengthen and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies (Vendor Management).
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies to meet business growth needs and generate diverse candidate pools while controlling costs.
Collaborate with HR leadership on candidate salary determinations.
Manage the recruitment team including training and mentoring new HRBPs.
Centralize recruitment operations improve applicant tracking and reduce processing times.
Conduct walkin drives and travel to different locations as needed.
Onboarding & Employee Relations:
Conduct onboarding induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Facilitate teambuilding activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct stay interviews to understand employee motivations concerns and career aspirations.
Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage HRIS systems (TaleoOracle and Keka) and ensure data accuracy.
Lead the implementation of new HRIS software and provide user training and support.
Prepare maintain and publish HR dashboards.
Develop and maintain confidential employee files documents pay scale details and other sensitive data.
Review organizational expenses and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality or productivity.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement costreduction strategies.
General HR Responsibilities:
Act as a key member in group projects delegating tasks and providing feedback.
Demonstrate a strong ability to deliver sustainable results and implement change in challenging environments.
Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Proven experience with TaleoOracle and Keka HRIS systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage highvolume recruitment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in training and mentoring HR professionals.
Willingness to travel.
