Job Title: Production Head Jewellery Industry
Experience: 10 years in Production Management preferably in the Jewellery industry
Industry: Jewellery / Retail
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and optimize the jewellery manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing endtoend production ensuring efficiency quality control and seamless fulfillment of online and retail orders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing craftsmanship and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Oversee and streamline all production processes ensuring timely fulfillment of online and retail jewellery orders.
Manufacturing & Craftsmanship: Ensure smooth production workflow maintain quality control and optimize jewellery manufacturing processes.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage procurement vendor relationships inventory and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control measures and compliance with industry standards.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve productivity in production and fulfillment.
Retail & Ecommerce Coordination: Work closely with sales marketing and retail teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of online and instore customer orders.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop the production team to drive performance and innovation.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to legal safety and ethical standards in jewellery production.
Technology & Automation: Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
Indepth knowledge of jewellery production supply chain and fulfillment processes
Ability to optimize production operations and implement process improvements
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools for production and order management
Familiarity with jewellery industry trends compliance and market demands
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
10 years of experience in production with a preference for candidates from the jewellery or retail industry
Proven track record of managing largescale production and supply chain functions
