Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP HCM and SAP HANA projects with a strong background in consultancy and implementation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP HR/HCM module implementations configurations and customizations.
- Provide expertise in SAP HANA projects ensuring seamless integration with HR processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and provide enduser support.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
- Train and guide business users on SAP HR functionalities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: BE/ / . (Computer Science IT Electronics & Telecommunication)/ MCA MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in SAP HANA projects.
- Certification: SAP HCM/HR Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) and Payroll.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR analytics is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
