Shift scheduling is selfdirected through an online platform with availability 24/7. Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required.

Twohour online onboarding session covering company policies customer service standards and system training
Interactive chat simulations and roleplaying exercises
First live shift monitored by quality assurance for feedback and coaching
Most employees begin paid work within 35 business days of training completion
Typical Workday
A typical shift involves logging into the secure chat platform and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. You might help a customer recover their login credentials guide another through billing adjustments and assist a third with subscription changesall using scripted responses and the company knowledge base.
