Job Description
Responsible for the overall operations of the VooDoo Lounge.
Salary 49K51K Schedule will vary based upon show dates
Job Description:
Ensures the service at Voodoo is distinguishable from competitors in the area.
Tracks nightly covers and other monetary transactions; reports results to Manager.
Actively promotes Voodoo in local community to effectively increase covers.
Administers club policies and procedures as well as company policies and procedures.
Acts as liaison with D.J. vendors national tours and other key suppliers.
Responsible for Ticketmaster and all ticketing operations.
Establishes and administers training programs within the outlet.
Counsels guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
Direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of Voodoo in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards.
Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food and beverage service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction.
Supervises staff on shift and ensures proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours.
Ensures that all beverage products served meet the established standards.
Ensures that available facilities are adequate for performance of duties by assigned personnel.
Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated.
Performs assigned input work in compiling annual budgets enters daily sales orders and maintains restaurant inventory.
Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel.
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrahs.
