About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategicDirector of Product Management Alliances to lead the development growth and management of product partnerships and integrations with key technology partners. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives on building impactful relationships that drive joint value through integrated solutions.
The successful candidate will be accountable for defining the process of developing the technical relationship delivering test environments managing technical contact exchange future innovation discussions and integration packaging. They will liaise with vendors to manage contracts procurement and work with the strategic alliances team to define gotomarket and Technical Alliance Programs.
This position is ideal for someone with broad exposure in the Cybersecurity market who has deep technical ability and strong relationships within the industry. This role would suit someone with a developer background with a solid understanding of APIs. This role will play a critical role in enabling the success of the Integration Detection and Response line and accelerating the growth of the integrations on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution:
Define and execute the product strategy for technical partnerships and alliances in alignment with the overall company roadmap and gotomarket objectives
Own the product lifecycle for integrations; from prioritizing requests and initial vendor engagement through to building test environments supporting PM requirements
Identify and evaluate new alliance opportunities that drive customer value and strategic growth
Drive product requirements definition documentation delivery and successful outcomes in your assigned area.
Own product backlog prioritization for engineering teams ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Analyze and report on product performance identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate cross functionally with R&D Alliances Sales Marketing and Customer Success to align on initiatives and deliverables
Operational Excellence:
Help streamline internal processes to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines.
Relationship Building:
Establish strong relationships with key technology partners and act as the primary product contact ensuring alignment on joint initiatives
About You
10 years experience in a technical product role.
Experience working with global teams especially in offshore environments.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS and cybersecurity products is highly preferred.
Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver highquality products on time.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage crossfunctional relationships across time zones.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience working with technical alliances and partnerships.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks is a plus.
