- Answers and provides solution to incoming front office and backoffice transactions aftersales support.
- Responds to customers email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Order management: manual and monitoring of automated order entry.
- Provides product and service information to customers.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manages and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Handover/escalate technical enquiries to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Administrative tasks and support required for the service/projects such as ticket category analysis when required rebooking etc.
- Participation with service optimization through continues improvement process activities
Qualifications :
- 1 year customer service experience with Supply Chain Management
- Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
- Team Player
- Amenable to work in a morning shift
- Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
- Client oriented
- Basic knowledge in SAP system
- Previous experience with Australian customer service account is an advantage
- Preferably with Customer Service experience that handles appliances (e.g. Hotwater heating air conditioning etc.)
- Basic to advance M365 application skills (Excel Word Outlook)
- Amenable to work onsite
