Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Service Team Lead to take responsibility for Procurement Services team providing continuous service provision. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to managing work schedules strong problem solving skills and is capable of working in a fast paced environment.
Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday office hours.
You main responsibilities will include:
- Creation and implementation of new processes including supplier onboarding contract repository PSL communication and compliance rebate / prebate recovery
- Build longterm supplier relationships aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
- Playing a key role in our project delivery programme and supporting businesswide initiatives
- Value / risk opportunity identification
- Maintain precision in contracts audits and regulatory processes.
- Stay agile in response to shifting priorities regulations and market conditions.
Qualifications :
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects under pressure
- Proven ability to effectively lead an administrative team to provide a continuous and high standard service
- Proven ability to effectively and proactively manage multiple and potentially conflicting stakeholders
- Confident in effectively challenging stakeholders
- Confident and effective communicator
- A general commercial mindset always seeking to identify opportunities to add value
- Proven ability to rapidly build strong relationships sufficient to support role
- Experience of using Microsoft suite to produce and present reports
- Experience of managing a P2P process on SAP
