Job Description

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is an Audiologist who is both clinically competent andopen to learning sales techniques. This is not a highpressure sales environment but rather one that values educational closingguiding patients toward the best hearing solutions through trust and knowledge. Sales training will be provided for those who are coachable and eager to grow in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine diagnostics
- Comprehensive hearing aid fittings using a full product portfolio
- Insurance and private pay patients (minimal thirdparty involvement)
The role may also involve physician outreach and local community engagement events as physician referrals are a major source of patient flow.
