05/12/20255200 Virginia WayBrentwoodTennesseeUnited States of AmericaAs an Analyst within ROPS you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVitas revenue cycle.
Primary responsibilities of this role:
Analysis & Technical Skills:
- Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling
- Assess and quantify business impact of various efforts
- Develop automated reporting around key business drivers
- Utilize analytical tools such as SQL Excel Tableau VBA Python Access etc.
Problem Solving:
- Break down complex problems into digestible pieces; develop robust approach to solve
- Synthesize analytical findings to recommend facilitate and drive strategic and/or process improvements within the revenue cycle
- Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication
- Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies
- Create and maintain project plans; prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholders
- Manage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work
What Skills Do You Bring to the Role
- Bachelors degree in related field of study (STEM Mathematics Statistics Economics Business)
- 6 to 8 years experience OR applicable work experience; Masters degree preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL Tableau VBA Python Access etc. preferred
- Strong quantitative & problem solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred

Salary/ Wage Range
$78000.00$115000.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
