Automotive Technicians All Levels (Apprentice to Senior Master)
Location: Davidson Ford Inc. Watertown NY
FullTime Hourly Flat Rate Opportunities Signing Bonus for Qualified Candidates
$20 $45 hourly or flat rate (depending on experience)
Production bonuses
Up to $10k signing bonus based on experience and certifications

- Davidson Ford Inc. is growing and were hiring Automotive Technicians at all skill levels from entrylevel apprentices to experienced Ford Senior Master Technicians. Open Positions Include:
Apprentice Technicians Start your career with handson training and mentorship
CLevel Technicians Perform maintenance light repairs and tire services
BLevel Technicians Handle diagnostics electrical and midlevel repairs
ALevel / Senior Master Technicians Lead diagnostics major repairs and mentor junior techs
What Youll Do:

What Youll Do:
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with a focus on quality and safety
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle systems using Ford diagnostic tools
Communicate repair needs clearly to advisors and document work accurately
Participate in continued education and certification opportunities through Ford
Work collaboratively with our shop foreman and service advisors

Qualifications (Vary by Role):
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- NYS Inspection License (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Ford certification is a plus required for ALevel/Senior Techs
- Strong work ethic team attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic tools required for apprentice and above; specialty tools provided
