Designer FullTime
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Design team with the design process which includes programming space planning specifications and client engagement. Collaborate with crossfunctional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Problem Solving: Reduce human struggle and waste. Highlight track and help solve problems.
- Performance: Provide project and customer appropriate solutions which help us win and retain customers.
- Focus on Achieving Corporate Objectives: Reduce Punch Lists Improve Margins Fill the funnel Prepare installation for success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelors degree in design or related field. Strong product and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers.
