Job Description
Position Estimator/Project Manager
Location High Point NC
Company Mechanical Contractor
Description Multiple exciting opportunities with a stable Mechanical Contractor in the area. You will work between departments to ensure the accurate estimation and execution of commercial HVAC projects. This includes being hands on with estimates and the bidding process client relations and providing direction for the field team. A main focus is ensuring profitability and advancing relationships with clients while maintaining safety standards and a healthy organizational culture. You will also facilitate the ordering of needed materials for jobs. Multiple openings available including a leadership role with direct reports.
Previous experience estimating and managing commercial HVAC Contractor required
Strong estimating/bidding skills and ability to thoroughly understand project specifications required
Excellent communication skills and understanding of local businesses/contacts required
Experience working on HVAC construction/renovation projects valuing $1 million or more required
Previous experience ordering materials for jobs required
Strong organizational skills and business acumen required
