Mission:

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sales Support Team in Oberhausen Germany. This is a challenging role in which you will ensure the coordination of customer demands and communication with the responsible departments in the relevant business areas. In addition you are responsible for maintaining customer master data.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the support of customers give advice and share information
  • Coordination of customer demands and communication with the responsible departments in the relevant business areas: application technology production sales transactions and R&D foundry
  • Preparing and creating offers and technical data sheets as well as their tracking and management
  • Creating and analysing of customer service / sales statistics market data
  • Escalation point for customer inquiries complaints processing up to forwarding to the responsible authorities
  • Preparing presentations internally and externally for the sales management team
  • Support the financial team with questions concerning customer payments
  • Processing and followup of dunning lists
  • Price maintenance in SAP and work lists as well as issuing price increase letters to the respective customers
  • Management and maintenance of customer and market information based on CRM
  • Creating and updating customer and material master data in SAP
  • Creation and distribution of the associated master data collection forms
  • Commission accounting
  • Management and updating of the forecast
  • Coordination and support in the area of logistics tender/forwarding selection
  • Improve and create processes
  • Take part in cross team logistics and customer service projects

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial studies or similar training
  • 3 5 years of customer service or inside sales experience B2B
  • Advanced SAP knowledge
  • Analytical thinking with an eye for details
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Solutionoriented
  • Serviceoriented communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Independent and structured work
