About GSSO:
Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartners missioncritical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team youll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales force which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained doubledigit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5000 associates who sell to every major function industry and market sector around the world.
What you will do:
Successfully engage CxOs and/or decision makers to build trustbased valueadded relationships with existing clients.
Create strong and effective value propositions to engage CxOs and decision makers.
Successful management of resources.
Consistent overachievement of retention targets.
Share best practices with your specialist team.
What you will need:
Minimum of two years Gartner experience ideally Gartner Sales or Gartner Products & Services experience.
Ability to quickly and effectively build trusted relationships with CxO and/or decision makers in existing clients.
Ability to create strong and effective value propositions to engage CxOs and decision makers.
Proficient in Account Planning and understanding of territory management.
Interdepartmental resource utilization and coordination across Gartner Lines of Business.
Timely and organized reporting skills.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 70000 USD 86000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
