A wellestablished business based in Scarborough is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to circa 30000 dependent on experience along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays a salary sacrifice scheme and a workplace pension.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for:
Processing sales invoices and purchase order invoices accurately and efficiently
Inputting orders and timesheets into internal systems
Handling general data entry and maintaining the company stock spreadsheet
Managing vehicle MOTs and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Answering incoming calls and assisting with financerelated queries
Supporting the finance team with daytoday administration tasks
To be successful in this Accounts Administrator role you will ideally have:
23 years experience in an accounts or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
A basic understanding of financial ledgers
A high level of accuracy and an excellent eye for detail
A trustworthy and reliable work ethic along with confident communication skills
