Join our Bunbury team where youwill ensure clients can access Anglicare WA services in ways that are person centred safe responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA where will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office providing administrative support accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client . Work alongside passionate and dedicated professionals in a client centred environment where you can make an impact.

This is a part time (18.5 hours p/w) permanent position based in Bunbury.



Skills And Experiences

What you will bring

You are a passionate and talented individual who wants to be part of a team whodelivers quality services to our clients. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role or Cert IV qualification in community services
  • Exceptional communicationskills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
  • Ability to respond to clients in distress and be comfortable deescalating people who are upset
  • Welldeveloped computer skills (MS Word MS Outlook client management system)
  • Financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receipt money

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working with Children Check.

  • A competitive salary from $72829per annum (pro rata) 11.5% superannuation
  • Salary packaging of up to $15900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2650 for meal and entertainment expenses
