Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support qualitative risk analysis and help define risk response strategies with technical leads and project managers.
- Maintain and manage a centralized risk register using Active Risk Manager (ARM).
- Ensure timely updates and execution of risk response actions.
- Integrate program risks and opportunities into the master project schedule.
- Facilitate monthly risk board meetings and document outcomes decisions and action items.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsor risk tracking and reporting inquiries.
- Contribute to management training materials supporting the programs risk execution plan.
- Active Q or Top Secret security clearance (mandatory).
- Experience with project risk management practices in highly regulated or classified environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with risk tracking systems such as ARM.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a technical discipline.
- Experience supporting DOE DoD or similar national security programs.
- Knowledge of classified project lifecycle and integrated scheduling environments.
