We are now looking for a new coworker with a strong drive great flexibility and curiosity who can connect the dots between the development projects and volume production is that you Join us at the HQ in Lund.

Who is your future team

You will be a part of a team consisting of around 25 dedicated coworkers divided between three team managers. In addition to industrial leads the team consists of packaging engineers and product data administrators. We also have a dedicated person for process development within industrialization.

The Industrial Lead team is a part of the Global Industrialization & Sourcing Group which also consists of Sourcing Production Test and Design for Manufacturing. The group is responsible for the industrialization of new products transferring products between production sites supporting production and introducing product changes. Collaborative partners include R&D contract manufacturers configuration & logistic centers and other functions within Operations e.g. Material Supply.

What youll do here as Industrial Lead

As the market leader in the surveillance cameras category with the aim to drive the shift from analog to digital video surveillance it is crucial to have an inventive product portfolio but also a smooth product launch and fast volume rampup. The Industrial Lead has a key role to achieve this as we are responsible to coordinate and drive the production and supply chain related activities within product development projects. The goal for our team is to plan and execute a fast product rampup with the right quality and cost and then handover a robust supply chain to our line organization.

In this role your responsibilities will be:

• Plan coordinate and drive industrialization activities to secure an effective and smooth production rampup.
• Have an overview of the industrialization and its critical path. At the same time have the ability to dig into the details when necessary.
• Plan drive and follow up different production builds at our global contract manufacturers.
• Contribute to detect quality sourcing and production risks. Own and illustrate the industrialization risks and proactively take action to manage these.
• Participate and set demands from a Supply Chain perspective during reviews of new products.
• Plan and drive important Product transfer or Product maintenance projects.

Who are we looking for/who are you

We believe you have a university degree or similar education. Preferably you have a few years of experience in production and Supply Chain as well as experience of managing projects or improvement activities. Good communication skills in English and Swedish both spoken and written is required.
