As the Lead Data Engineer youll spearhead the technical delivery of projects ensuring they align with business goals. Youll leverage your technical expertise to lead and coordinate across various tech domains including Data & Cloud Engineering Software Engineering and AI while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Your mission Deliver cuttingedge Data Analytics and AI solutions for various business units in partnership with Enabling IT. Are you up for the challenge
Design develop and manage scalable and robust data infrastructure to support analytics and AI projects.
Collaborate with product managers architects and delivery managers to define and drive the technical vision ensuring alignment with product objectives and business needs.
Maintain detailed technical designs refine user stories and manage technical risks and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor technical teams (Data Engineering AI etc.) and work with AI/GenAI leads to foster collaboration and innovation.
Define and communicate governance frameworks for Data Engineering including risk management and performance metrics.
Develop and implement advanced analytical models to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements data security and industry standards.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data systems and analytics solutions.
Ensure data solutions adhere to FAIR principles to enhance usability and sharing.
