Job Description
Your mission
- Take ownership of demand generation across Northern Europe with a strong focus on the DACH region in line with our company objectives and revenue targets
- Plan and run integrated multichannel campaigns to drive awareness generate highquality leads and create pipeline using tactics such as ABM email marketing events paid media partner comarketing webinars and more
- Build quarterly and annual demand gen plans and manage budgets effectively
- Define KPIs monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns to improve engagement conversion rates and revenue contribution
- Collaborate closely with Sales Product Management and Consulting teams to align strategies and accelerate results
Your profile
- Degree in marketing business eCommerce or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a clear focus on demand generation
- Strong interest in and understanding of the eCommerce landscape
- Handson experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Google Analytics Google Ads LinkedIn Ad Manager and Microsoft Office
- Strong communicator with confidence in both internal alignment and external messaging
- Skilled in copywriting and storytelling for B2B audiences
- A proactive enthusiastic team player who enjoys working across departments
- Solutiondriven mindset and ability to turn insights into action
- Nativelevel German and businessfluent English
