Job Description

SUMMARY:
Plans designs implements and supports network systems including configurations supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating across the infrastructure and corporate landscape.
YOUR IMPACT:
Serves as an escalation point for advanced operational support and troubleshooting for the network environment using appropriate network management tools scripting or equivalent.
Extensive understanding of networking fundamentals architectures models protocols IP addressing basic router/switch configurations network security and applied experience
Conducting triage and resolution of network issues and outages.
Leading project workstreams across endtoend network and infrastructure projects
Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders for networkrelated activities.
Learning and adopting new technologies like SDWAN virtualization automation tools wireless.
Continuously monitor and analyze network traffic usage.
Advanced knowledge in 23 areas of endtoend network landscape (route/switch wireless cloud LAN/WAN cellular perimeter security and others)
Cross functional team communicating and coordinating efforts for database applications and infrastructure activities.
Advanced knowledge of the ITIL process ticket resolution and stakeholder response
Design implement and operate complex solutions.
Guide junior engineers and translate business needs into technical designs.
Actively supporting the advancement of the strategic roadmap
Cross team collaboration with business and information technology stakeholders driving solutions design and development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Monitoring troubleshooting customer service problem solving cross team collaboration risk analysis analytical operating systems hardware infrastructure design scripting
Strong communication time management problem solving teamwork leadership mentoring project management business acumen requirements gathering planning.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience coaching and developing less experienced IT professionals

Pay Range:
$91800.00 $153200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
