Job Title: Bilingual Benefits Communications Account Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Benefits Communications Manager to support employee benefits education and compliance. This role involves conducting benefit meetings ensuring employees understand their options and managing compliancerelated reporting. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and has experience in benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inperson and virtual employee benefits meetings.
- Present benefit information and distribute employee benefit materials.
- Handle compliance requirements including 6055 reporting (training available).
- Support a range of accounts working with employee groups from small to midsized organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective benefits communication.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Preferred: Life & Health (L&H) license (training and licensing support available).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in benefits
