Coordinates daily clinical teamwork processes ensuring the maximum clinical service effectiveness and efficiency at the clinic location. Provides direct patient care and lead functions such as overseeing daily clinician scheduling coaching and mentoring staff related to clinical interventions related documentation and billing providing patient case management input and contributing to business development as well as operational performance improvement initiatives.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational/physical/speech therapy
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
BLSBasic Life Support Healthcare Provider
PTPhysical Therapist
OR OTOccupational Therapist
OR SPLicensed Speech Pathologist
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Expertise in the field of physical rehabilitation.
Knowledge of outpatient clinical operations such as but not limited to clinical scheduling clinical interventions documentation billing customer service in a highly efficient setting while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.
Advanced knowledge of evidencebased outpatient clinical interventions and practice.
Demonstrated leadership skills including team building and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service/achieving business results.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical and operational issues problems as guided by policies and procedures or guidance from leadership.

Pay Range is $58.95 to $88.43 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
