The Administrative Assistant provides departmental administrative support by conducting research preparing reports handling requests for information arranging calls and scheduling meetings. Supports a medium to large team or a senior level manager. Works under broad supervision.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be allinclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Create order requests for operational supplies and materials
Monitor inventory levels to ensure essential items are consistently in stock
Perform data mining and build reports to support operational analysis and decision making
Assist with preparing presentations which may include research and compiling data.
Assist with planning and execution of continuous improvement (CI) projects
Support management in updating of employee rosters
Manage and coordinate the schedules and appointments of the department.
Handle communications take calls and messages arrange conference calls.
Coordinate and schedule meetings including onsite and offsite conferences presentations and celebrations.
Handle all miscellaneous administrative duties which includes maintenance of electronic files distribution of mail and communications ordering supplies printer maintenance processing invoices maintaining files etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) or more years administrative support experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP) Outlook PowerPoint Word etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of initiative followthrough and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.
Ability to manage confidential data.

Pay Range:
$39600.00 $60600.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
