What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and registering new buyer and seller leads.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion.
• Providing regular feedback to clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets.
• Keeping uptodate with local market conditions and property values.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential sales is highly desirable.
• Alternatively strong experience in a targetdriven sales role with transferable skills and a genuine interest in property.
• A proactive driven and selfmotivated individual with a real passion for the property industry.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Smart wellpresented and articulate.
• Ability to deliver a firstclass experience for all clients.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Local knowledge of the Swanley area is helpful.
