Account Recovery Specialists Inc. (ARSI) is a Kansasgrown familyowned organization headquartered in Wichita KS with offices in Wichita and Dodge City. With over 100 employees we have been providing comprehensive accounts receivable management since 1992 and returning millions of dollars annually to our clients; local Kansas businesses. ARSI is accepting applications for a Client Services Representativewithin our Wichita office location. We are looking for fulltime team members to further our mission to deliver exceptional service and performance by responding immediately to our clients needs and viewing our organization as an extension of our clients business and working with consumers to resolve account balances.
**The new hire class will begin on June 24th 2025!
Responsibilities and qualifications for the position include but are not limited to:

- Provide outstanding customer service answering client and consumer questions
- Inbound and outbound calls with consumers to discuss their accounts including negotiating payment plans
- Analyze account information and answer consumer client or internal questions
- Maintain consumer accounts and follow up on insurance and third party liability
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes including understanding of insurances is a huge plus
- Phone Experience is required
