We are looking for a Regional Director for the US Central Region. In this capacity you will be responsible for leading a highperformance culture across a portfolio of districts to deliver profitability and strategic targets as defined by the organization. You will effectively implement and swiftly adapt strategies aimed at ensuring excellence in execution across Operations Merchandising Personnel Management and Consumer Experience. You will play a pivotal role a member of the Retail Leadership team building informing influencing and implementing brand level strategies and work.

About the Job

  • Oversee the central region which is comprised of 6 districts and 74 retail stores both outlet and mainline.
  • Drive profitable sales through effective business analysis; identifying financial opportunities and creating action plans to address current and future business challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Attract develop and nurture a talent pipeline in support of the district region and brand talent strategy.
  • Differentiate between customer segments with varying needs and approaches understanding the differences in profitability and value creation potential.
  • Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with peers crossfunctional partners and Headquarter partners to leverage expertise in developing and executing strategies.
  • Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation.
  • Responsible for planning budget and end results; establish policies and strategic direction for the area/team.

About You

  • Leadership experience overseeing district multiunit or highvolume business.
  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of leading adjusting and developing business strategy to achieve profit & loss results.
  • Keen awareness of the marketplace including external competitors and overall retail trends.
  • Ability to embrace challenges take risks learn quickly and influence change to lead execution of strategic initiatives through others while managing competing priorities.
  • Able to travel overnight and/or between stores as required.

This role is based in Dallas TX or Chicago IL. We are open hiring in either location.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $176300 $267600 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
