Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Bradford BD16
Salary:per annum performancerelated bonus sleep allowance
Working Hour: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway or Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years experience in childrens residential care within the last 5 years
Employment Type: Permanent

  • Number of Beds: 3
  • Location: Bradford BD10
  • Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE

Who we are looking for
A passionate and motivated leader with experience in residential childcare
Someone able to support a Registered Manager and lead a team by example
A candidate with strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
A person confident with performance management auditing care planning and leading shift teams
Must have experience working in a residential childrens home (Ofsted regulated)

Sponsorship is not available.
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
