A rare opportunity to take the creative helm of the Country Living brand.
Were looking for an inspirational and commercially astute Editorial Director to lead Country Living the UKs leading country lifestyle brand across all platforms.
Youll set and evolve the editorial vision to drive growth and engagement across our awardwinning print magazine digital platforms live experiences and brand partnerships. With Country Livings 40year heritage in slow living sustainability and countryside culture youll ensure the brand stays relevant and influential across all touchpoints.
Main Duties
Shape and deliver a compelling editorial strategy aligned with the Brand Plan and growth targets.
Produce standout magazine covers and highimpact digital content.
Be the brand ambassador for Country Living in both media and industry circles.
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary editorial team across print video social web & app audio and live formats.
Champion innovation creativity and collaboration while embedding efficient datainformed workflows.
Work in close partnership with Licensing B2B Artisans Customer and Commercial teams to deliver editorial excellence and monetisable opportunities.
Own editorial budgets and contribute to commercial success through partnerships product development and customer engagement.
About You
A seasoned editorial leader with a proven track record in consumer media ideally in lifestyle or homes.
Skilled in multiplatform content creation from magazines to mobile social video and events.
A strategic thinker and handson doer who thrives in fastpaced matrixed environments.
Adept at nurturing creative talent and building inclusive highperforming teams.
Commercially astute with strong partnerships experience and a flair for editorial innovation.
Confident using performance data to inform decisions and drive success.
