SLC Management offers a mix of inoffice and virtual work where our employees are empowered to do their best. Generally employees are expected to work three or more days inoffice each week with flexibility depending on their business client and team needs.

Reporting to the Director Portfolio Management on the Allocation Team this Associate role will be providing operational support across the private asset allocation process. This is a great opportunity to learn about private fixed income asset classes and how liability driven investment portfolios are managed. Responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on sourcing activity support for execution of new allocations and regular trade rebalancing activities. A successful candidate is expected to be inquisitive and eager to learn highly detail oriented and possess an ability to assist on a variety of requests in an often fastpaced environment.

58000//100 000We are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this role is competitive and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined by your unique skills qualifications experience education and geographic location. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on individual and overall business performance along with a broad range of competitive benefits.
