Headquartered in Houston Texas BWC Terminals is a premier provider of bulk liquid storage and logistics services to refiners manufacturers and distributors of bulk liquids in North America. The Company consists of 22 sites with over twenty million barrels of storage capacity. PURPOSE
TheRevenue Contracts Specialistplays a critical role in overseeing the full lifecycle of revenue contracts. This position is responsible for managing contract documentation ensuring accurate data entry into ERP and terminal systems and leading the transition to a new contract management system. The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and capable of working independently to support both Commercial and Finance teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Below is a list of essential duties of this position. NOTE: Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Assist with yearend audit support when required.
- Maintain and organize all revenue contract documents and amendments in SharePoint.
- Accurately record contract terms (fixed usagebased chargebacks) in the Workday Contracts Module (WDCM).
- Manage contract timelines and proactively notify stakeholders of key dates.
- Calculate CPI increases for renewing contracts and preparing customer support documentation.
- Create and maintain billing and revenue schedules in Workday.
- Ensure accurate integration of contract data with terminal systems.
- Update Adaptive Planning revenue sheets to reflect pricing and term changes.
- Support credit and collections processes as needed.
- Assist with yearend audit preparation and documentation.
- Lead or support the implementation of a new contract management system.
EDUCATION TRAINING LICENSES MINIMUM EXPERIENCE SKILLS LICENSES AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience in contract management or revenue operations will be considered
- Minimum 35 years of experience managing revenue contracts in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage processes from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions and Environment: While performing the duties of this position the individual is often working with hot samples vapors noise fumes cleaning chemicals and solvents.
Physical Requirements/Activities: While performing the duties of this position the individual is regularly required to stand walk sit walk on elevated walkways and around tanks access reach with hands and arms use hands to finger handle feel and use tools and equipment for sampling of products. This position involves standing/bending/stooping/walking for approximately 90% of the workday. Occasionally the employee is required to lift or exert force of more than 50 pounds. Frequently the employee is required to lift or exert force of up to 25 pounds.
