Job Summary

Billing Specialist

Full-Time Monday - Friday

GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Kansas. We are seeking aBilling Specialist to manage weekly service billing and other accounting duties!

What Youll Do:

Reviewing census data and processing claims to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
Generating weekly and monthly claims for HCBS and TCM services
Preparing variance reports for any missing or inadequate billing
Generating financial reports and recording financial data into accounting systems

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Healthcare Management
At least one year of relevant work experience preferably in healthcare or related field
Knowledge of accounting principles analysis and reporting; basic financial record keeping methods and practices; standard office practices and procedures
