Job Description
As a MultiOutlet Bar Bartender/Supervisor at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach FL you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our various tiki bars while ensuring exceptional service to our guests.
- Create and serve a variety of beverages to guests
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Train and supervise bar staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Prior experience as a bartender
- Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Competitive compensation: $16.00 $18.00 per hour
