Position Qualifications
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) by Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
Or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Registered Nurse with certificate of authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty certification in Mental Health or Psychiatry as issued by Ohio Board of Nursing. And in addition to licensure must have 12 mos. exp. providing clinical supervision in behavioral healthcare services (e.g. counseling group services crisis intervention).
Or 12 mos. exp. as Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 65832.
Or 12 mos. exp. as Correctional Program Coordinator 69323. What youll do at OhioMHAS:
Our Recovery Services Team is seeking to hire a cultivated Therapeutic Community Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor who thrives in a clinical environment.This position will supervise a team who is directly involved with the participants treatment. This environment is structured to facilitate behavioral change in participants through resocialization and rehabilitation.
Some of the duties & responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct supervision of all staff within the Therapeutic Community
- Provides individual and group clinical supervision of all staff within the Therapeutic Community
- Reviews all clinical documentation
- Manages daily operations of the Therapeutic Community program
- Responsible for clinical & administrative function to include management of staff schedules performance reviews & other recruitment functions
This is anhourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units with a pay range of13on theE1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule.Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code the selected candidate will begin atStep 1of the pay range schedule listed above with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
