Conducts assigned poker game according to procedure. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure. Controls pace of the game. Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play. Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures. Participates in the supervision operation and/or support of Harrahs multicasino Bad Beat system. |

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: |
Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent. Skills required for game. Either prior dealing experience or experience acquired in Dealers School. Bending mobility required. Must be able to speak fluently and understand English. |
